CAN I USE PAYPAL WITHOUT A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a PayPal account is needed in order to make payments through PayPal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.
Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal.
By using Paypal, we can process & deliver your orders to you in a shorter time. Paypal is the easiest & most secure way to make payment online. No account needed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final (but trust us, you'll love it). We don't accept returns or exchanges.
Please inspect your order carefully when you receive it. All of our products are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure you receive the best possible product. We will replace broken items when possible or offer a replacement on items damaged during shipping. Returns, refunds or replacement products for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping cannot be accepted.
In the event of damage during shipping, please contact at firstname.lastname@example.org within five (5) days of receiving your purchase.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS ORDERS?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Business days do NOT include weekends or federal, local or state holidays).
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE ?
All orders are shipped from our studio in Ontario, CA.
Due to Covid-19 shipping transit may take between 2-5 business days after processing to arrive depending on location.

Most orders cost $8.95 but that depends on size of orders & location
CAN I SEND MY ORDER AS A GIFT?
Yes, absolutely. Simply enter your gift recipients address in the ship to field during check out. You can also enter a gift message to be added in the notes field during check out.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do offer international shipping. Rates are available at checkout
WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information. If you haven’t received the information please contact us at email@example.com someone from our team will send it over promptly.
WHAT’S IN THE CANDLE SUBSCRIPTION BOX?
Every month you will receive 1, 2, 3 or 4 candles a month and occasionally other special treats just for our subscribers. All Subscription boxes also receive a 10% discount on boxes.
WHEN WILL MY BOX SHIP?
Travel Subscription Boxes will ship from our studio between the 1st and 5th of each month.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping rates vary from state to state as well as international. But you will see your shipping rate at checkout and before you purchase.
HOW DOES BILLING WORK?
You will be billed every month on the 15th. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You can cancel your subscription within your account at any time. For refunds, you must request one before your box has shipped. Cancellation must be received before midnight on the 30th of the month prior if you want to receive a refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for shipped boxes.
